Machine Tending: The robot grabs randomly-placed parts in the bin one by one and places them on the machine tool or conveyor belt.

Gluing: The vision system recognizes the contour of randomly-placed parts and guides the robot to spray glue according to gluing route.
Assembly: The vision-guided robot grabs randomly-placed designated parts and assembles them on the designated position.

Workflow: The robot grabs randomly-placed parts one by one and identifies the front and back of the parts. If the front side is up, the part will be directly placed on the working table. If not, the part will be firstly turned over and then placed on the working table.

Workflow: The robot recognizes the random holes on the box and sticks the leaking check needle into the box to check.

  • Cable ties/tapes/complex patterns/texts on box do not affect recognition;
